My strong belief is that supplements cannot cancel out or correct a bad approach to diet and lifestyle.  That being said, I do believe that there are times that supplements offer an additional support as other changes are occurring.  With the work that I do with my individual clients, we may discuss supplemental strategies that can assist you towards your goals and vitality.  Any suggestions made are thoughtful based on you as an individual along with education as to the why behind taking them, as well as direct collaboration when needed with other health care professionals that you may be working with.  Due to the limited regulation around supplements in our country, the brands and products that I endorse have been hand selected based on standards of quality and testing.  Many of these companies are professional lines that I will be able to order for/with you.
